Mini 1:1 Coaching Program

4-60 minute 1:1 sessions with me on Zoom. We will figure out where your anxiety is coming from in your body, what your triggers are, and help you connect your mind to your body so you are not so anxious and tense.
 

Session Homework- We will end each session with a game-plan on how to implement what you've discovered into your life to help you fully implement changes in between sessions.

 

Coach Recordings For Life- As you move through the next few months and implement session breakthroughs, you have access to me 24/7 through our session recordings. The coach recordings allow me to offer you coaching support 24/7 for any anxiety related situation.

    • a foundational relationship to your body that will help you reduce your anxiety on your own

Having a therapist or counselor is encouraged if you are wanting to work with me and are experiencing additional mental health symptoms such as depression etc. I want all of my clients to be fully supported in the ways they need which sometimes includes seeking additional help. If while working together you are in need of more extensive mental health support than I can give, it is my responsibility as a provider to refer you to resources or mental health counselors in your area.
